Raised in Accra, Ghana, and educated across Africa, Europe, and the U.S., Thomas brings over 25 years of global experience in international relations, peacebuilding, and public sector reform.

From negotiating trade policy at the African Union to leading UN-backed civic engagement initiatives in post-conflict regions, Thomas has dedicated his career to fostering leadership rooted in integrity, justice, and service.
